Compardo, Wienstroer & Janes at Moneta –
We’re proud to share that Diane Compardo, founding partner of Compardo, Wienstroer & Janes at Moneta, has been named to the Barron’s Advisor Hall of Fame—a milestone that reflects not only her individual accomplishments, but also the strength of her team and the deep trust clients and colleagues have placed in her throughout her career.
Induction into the Hall of Fame is reserved for advisors who have appeared on a Barron’s Top 100 Advisors list for at least ten years—an honor earned by only a very select group of elite professionals nationwide. These women and men exemplify long-term excellence, dedication to their clients, and sustained leadership in the financial advisory industry.
“Diane’s recognition in Barron’s Hall of Fame is a testament to the relationships she’s built and the example she’s set for our profession,” said Jana Gregorek, Director of Talent Acquisition at Moneta. “Her unwavering client focus and leadership have been a defining part of Moneta’s story.”
With a career spanning more than 30 years in financial services, Diane is a nationally recognized advisor to successful individuals and families across the globe. She is known for guiding clients through some of their most important financial and personal decisions—from structuring generational wealth transfers to navigating complex estate planning and legacy conversations. Her ability to bring clarity and compassion to these deeply personal matters has made her a trusted advisor for families seeking to align their wealth with their values.
“I’ve had the privilege of working alongside Diane for over a decade,” shared Jordan Janes, Diane’s longtime colleague and partner. “She’s been a thoughtful mentor and steady presence throughout my career, but more importantly, she’s a true partner. Her example, particularly in how she engages families across generations, continues to shape how we work together and serve our clients with the depth and care they deserve.”
Already in 2025, Diane has been named to Barron’s Top 100 Women Financial Advisors and Top 1200 Financial Advisors, building on her 2024 recognition as one of Barron’s Top 100 Independent Advisors.
When asked about the Hall of Fame honor, Diane shared:
“It’s incredibly meaningful to be recognized by Barron’s, and I view this as a true team achievement rather than an individual one. I’ve had the privilege of working with amazing clients and an outstanding group of professionals throughout my career. This honor reflects their trust, partnership, and the shared commitment we bring to every relationship.
Congratulations to all of the Barron’s Hall of Fame inductees—I’m humbled to be included among such a distinguished group of financial advisors.”
